During the restoration of the house, great care was taken to preserve the traditional elements of this old Istrian stone house, while at the same time offering its guests a high level of comfort. The interior of the house is a successful combination of traditional and contemporary materials with plenty of space and light, guaranteeing its guests a truly exceptional holiday. On the 300 square metre, enclosed plot, guests have their own swimming pool, a terrace with high-quality garden furniture, a barbecue and a car park, all protected by a large parasol. The Mediterranean garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and a carefree holiday. Villa Annette is designed for 4-6 people and offers a living space of over 160 square metres on 3 floors. On the ground floor of the house there is an open-plan room with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a cosy sitting area with 2 sofas and several armchairs, a flat-screen TV with DVD, an open fireplace and a desk. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC, Finnish sauna and steam bath on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large living room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), one of which can sleep one person, a comfortable armchair, hi-fi and a flatscreen satellite TV with DVD. A kitchenette, a bedroom with a high-quality American double bed and a bathroom with WC and shower, separate bathtub. In front of the upper entrance area, a small terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in the shade of a large citrus tree. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with French double beds. From these rooms you have a marvellous view of the sea and the Istrian landscape. Youth groups are expressly forbidden! Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
