The space The villa offers a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including a refrigerator,, 2 burner stove and griller and water filter. Guests can enjoy amenities such as WiFi, a pavilion equipped with videoke and billiards, a spacious living room, an outdoor shower, and 9m x 5m swimming pool with comfortable sun lounges set and large bean bags amidst a beautifully landscaped garden. Each of the rooms is equipped with airconditioning unit and its own private toilet and bath for added convenience. The 2 bedroom Villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. For 17 to 22 guests, they can have the Main Villa and Casita 1 (3 bedrooms total). For 23 to 26 guests, Main Villa, Casita 1 and Casita 2. Important : Please note that the allocation of rooms is contingent upon the number of guests. For instance, if your booking is for 8 to 16 guests, only 2 bedrooms will be allotted. Additional fees will apply if you wish to utilize extra bedrooms. Additional persons after 16 guests are charged P1,200.00 per person per night. The whole property has a total of 2,000 square meters, with lots of open spaces for guests to enjoy. Pets are welcome with minimal pet surcharge of 300/pet. Pets are not allowed to dip/swim in the pool. Pet owners should be responsible and clean after their pets. Pets must wear diapers all through out their stay. Guest access The guests have exclusive use of the whole property. during their stay.
