Easy access to downtown Rio de Janeiro, Lapa and the South Zone. Great house for those who come to Rio de Janeiro for work or leisure. The space The house is composed of a single space divided between the kitchen and the bedroom and an attached bathroom. It is a spacious house with large windows and good ventilation. The best part is the well-wooded and very quiet backyard. The house is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and a full kitchen. The house also has a double bed and an extra mattress.
