On Blidö in the Stockholm archipelago is this charming newly built wooden villa of 80 sqm with over 100 sqm terrace around the house and a Jacuzzi which is heated all year round! A fantastic location with proximity to the grocery store (2 km), the harbor/restaurant (300 m) and steamboat dock (300 m). Football field, cinema, outdoor gym, church, boules court, paddle court/mingolf with restaurant are also available on the island. Open plan with a cozy fireplace and large projector + TV. A place suitable for older, younger and families with children! The space Blidö is a fantastically charming island in the northern part of the archipelago. You can easily get here by car, bus or boat from Stockholm or Arlanda. The ferry to Blidö runs every half hour all year round. The property has a lovely open floor plan with 8 beds (of which 4 are in the loft). The large room has a 4-meter ceiling height with large windows facing the terrace and nature. Bedroom 1 in the house has a double bed and the smaller bedroom has a single bed with a workplace with double screens with easy USB-C connection to a laptop. There are 2 lofts of about 15 sqm that only have 1.5 m in ceiling height and quite steep stairs. However, both lofts have 2 single beds each. The property also has a charming little house of 9 sqm in connection with the terrace. There is one sofa bed for 1-2 people with network and electricity retracted. The kitchen is a natural gathering place in the house where the kitchen island is a place to cook while you socializing with friends and family. Or why not cook while watching a movie on TV? Or even better for a movie at night on the big projector screen. During the summer, the large terrace serves as an extra house. On the terrace there is the recessed Jacuzzi, lounge sofas/chairs and dining tables. As the terrace goes around the house, you will always find a sunny or shady spot during the day. The jacuzzi is heated year around to 38 degrees. You can take a relaxing bath in a secluded part of the terrace overlooking the meadows. On the terrace there is a barbecue for cooking during lovely summer evenings. The house has a heat pump that can handle cold winters well as hot summer days via AC.
