The space If you love a home with some character and charm then this cottage is for you. She's been beautifully restored with all the best features kept for you to enjoy. Within a block of the Launceston General Hospital it's also within walking distance to the CBD with fantastic restaurants, a pasta bar and a park for kids and adults alike. The home is deceptively spacious with a light - filled living and dining area which spills out into the courtyard. The perfect spot to sit and enjoy your favourite beverage or cook dinner on the BBQ. Comfortably sleeping 4 adults, there are 2 queen sized bedrooms situated on either side of the hallway. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a European laundry with a combined washing machine-dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including basics like salt and pepper, cookware and modern appliances. If you are working remotely or enjoy a Netflix session there is strong wifi and a smart TV. There is no desk specifically, however the dining table is a lovely spot to work from. Please note that there is space for one small car; however, depending on the size, it can be quite tight. There's additionally ample street parking outside the property.
