Villa Marta has 2 floors and a private garden. Downstairs is the very spacious living room with direct access to the garden and access to the golf course and shared pool right next to the house. The porch is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, central and side awnings and hammocks. Indoor dining room for 6 diners with golf course views. The kitchen is semi-open with a pass-through to the dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-end appliances, dishes and selected glassware. The kitchen leads to the laundry area and a small storage room. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds each and a full bathroom. Upstairs we find a bedroom/suite and a private bathroom. From the garden you can directly access the shared pool (right next to the house) and the 13th hole with access to the Hotel and Clubhouse of Torremirona Golf Resort. Beautiful views of the Pyrenees, Canigó and facing south west where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
