The space We are a residential building with 42 apartments, some in this style apartment for guests who need comfort and who stay for longer periods. Our space is quiet, and with easy access to the city's commercial and tourist spots, Cau Hansen Convention Center, Mirante, Shopping malls, and also close to the Children's Hospital, Unimed, Hapvida. We are very close to the city center. Guest access Reception, Ground Floor, Parking, garage. Other things to note Small pets allowed. We do not recommend hosting children under 7 years of age because we do not have protective bars on the windows and balconies.
