We have a balcony with a beautiful mountain view connected to the main bedroom. The two bedrooms each come with comfortable queen beds, and for additional guests the couch pulls out into a sofa bed as well. The main floor showcases a gas fireplace, heated flooring, the pull-out sofa bed, and a flat screen smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Crave, and other popular News and sports channels. Preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals is easy with our fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also an in-suite washer and dryer. We are located in Harvie Heights, just a 5 minute drive from Canmore and 1 minute from Banff National Park Gates. You are no farther than a 30-minute drive from the majority of the popular hiking trails such as three sisters, bow river trail loop, grassi lake trails, and popular ski slopes such as Sunshine, Nakiska, and much more! This area is perfect for activities such as hiking, cycling, rock climbing, canoeing in the summer and skiing, snowshoeing and other winter activities. Or just relax and enjoy the mountain scenery that surrounds us. This unit is sanitized and cleaned professionally to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. Damage Deposit of $250.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported. Other things to note We're not big fans of the term "House Rules" - we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests from us to help make your stay more enjoyable and also to protect our suite... - Please remove shoes while in the home. - Please no smoking.Smoking will result in a $500 fine by Bighorn County. - The building has a quiet time of 10 PM. Please abide by that. -Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. -Garbage and Recycling: Please do not leave garbage outside; if you wish to dispose of garbage and recycling there are garbage and recycling bins located at the entrance of the lodge. Smoking or vaping of any substance (including tobacco or cannabis products) in the unit is prohibited. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a charge of $300. If you choose to smoke please do so 3 feet away from your entrance and ensure your cigarette butts are extinguished appropriately as there is a risk of wildfire.
