Unique duplex apartment

Hello! Glad you're looking at my apartment ad. When I travel myself, I offer my own apartment here, which I have lovingly furnished (especially with vintage furniture) and in which there is everything to give you a nice living experience - from the workplace to the record collection and a hammock. The space You will have the whole apartment to yourself and can use everything. Since I usually live in the apartment, there is really everything you need to live here. The apartment is divided over two floors. Downstairs is a huge living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom (each with a storage room behind it). A spiral staircase leads to the top. There is a sleeping area with a large, cozy bed, in another area is the work area with desk as well as an additional sleeping option. Please note that everything except the kitchen and bathroom is open. The stairs lead up and provide privacy, but there are no doors. That's nice because then everything is more open and brighter. However, if you want to rent the apartment for two people, you should keep this in mind. In the storage room behind the bathroom there is a gas floor heating system for hot water and the heaters. In the kitchen, there is an additional water heater. Guest access You have access to the entire living area and the apartment to yourself. In the shared laundry room, you can use the washing machine that belongs to the apartment. Other things to note Checklist to see if this apartment is for you: You... ... like a lot of space to yourself ... love special furnishings, vintage and beautiful things ... like to listen to music and watch movies ... find it great to have plants around you and to water them ... like to live centrally but still quietly ... handle everything in the apartment responsibly.
