Oceanfront w/ Private Beach

Experience stunning sunsets in this chic oceanfront condo with double bifold doors that lead to your private beach area. Stroll along the shoreline or explore nearby restaurants and bars. In the evenings, gather around the firepit with friends and family. Located on the peaceful north side of Imperial Beach, note that water quality can vary—check online for updates before you swim! The space The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed along with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Bi-fold doors lead out to a patio area equipped with a firepit, and three steps take you down to a private beach area. Guest access This first-floor condo provides access to a private beach area extending to the edge of the iceplants, with no access to upper floors. The condo’s front door is accessible through the gate on the far left side of the building. Please note, the door near the parking lot is for the water heater closet and is not the condo’s entrance. Other things to note Please remember to check the water quality online before swimming, as we do not control ocean conditions.
