This themed and quite luxury echoes Blade Runner movies and Cyberpunk 2077 game. The space This is NOT a basement! It has regular 8 ft ceilings throughout and is approx. 900 sq. ft., including the King and the Queen rooms. This entire space is at the top level of a classical Midwestern split-level house. Therefore, you will not be bothered by someone walking on your ceiling at night. Both bedrooms have individual locks. I can give separate/unique keys to you and your travel companion(s) in case if you don't trust each other. The King-size mattress is on the softer side and it has a mattress pad, which makes the top even softer. The Queen-size mattress does not have a mattress pad. It is rested on a wooden, platform bed. Therefore it is fairly firm. I reside in the lower half of the house, which is separated from the top half by an insulated wall, and has a separate entrance. I am on site, so my guests would be happy. Rather than texting the host and hoping that the host will find someone else to resolve the issue, they know that the host is mostly around. Guest access - the touchscreen thermostat is guest controllable; - my driveway can fit 2 large or 3 very compact cars (free parking, of course); - private access from the front (street facing) door; entry way with upgraded lighting; - full access to the open-floor space, comprised out of a living room (that includes a dining area, and a modular sleeper sofa) and a large kitchen; upgraded lighting; - full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, an automatic fan, and plenty of space for putting toothbrushes for four guests; - king-size bedroom with a desk, a dresser, a large closet, a wide shelf, and upgraded lighting; - queen-size bedroom with a night stand, a 2-person XL bean bag, a dresser, a closet, a deep shelf, and upgraded lighting. Other things to note NOTE: I am expecting some appliances to be delivered into the unused corner of the open-floor plan. If they will not be installed before your stay, the appliances (in boxes) will continue sitting in that unused corner. They will not be interfering with your stay, unless you will be taking selfies exactly in that unused corner. Ha-ha! AirBnB suggests only two groups of children: from 0 to 2--"infants" and from 2 to 12--"children". However, a 3-year old can still tumble down a staircase. If your child is old enough (4? 5?) to not tumble down the stairs and you are traveling together--please send me a message to reassure me that he/she is old enough not to tumble down the staircase here. That staircase is used ONLY for coming into the space from the street and for exiting, going outside to the street. Some details are not perfect yet, but it is Safe, Clean & Comfortable. If you are a perfectionist (and a penny pincher at the same time? Oh-oh!), you will not be happy here. But if you are like me--flexible, and like exploring alternatives, you will get some good karma points and it will be a win-win-win-win! :-)
