The space With the exception of the original shiplap walls & floors, everything is new in this 1950’s bungalow. Each item has been hand selected for your comfort, convenience & enjoyment. The primary bedroom includes a luxury mattress & layered bedding, and a walk-in closet . The second bedroom has two full sized beds, a desk & closet. The kitchen is fully stocked for making a home cooked meal, and the private backyard provides a safe space for pets and kiddos to run around. Guest access Entire house and backyard Other things to note - Historic Downtown McKinney is one mile away & is an idyllic place to visit year round. - Hwy. 75 is one mile away, providing quick access to any place in the DFW metroplex including Collin County Courthouse (3 miles) & Raytheon (2.5 miles) We welcome up to two well behaved pets for a fee of $70 per pet when booked in advance. Guests who decide to bring their pets without notifying host or payment will be charged $100 per pet. Refusal to pay will forfeit reservation and guests will be asked to leave.
