The space The villa is distinguished by a large ground floor, including a spacious living room of more than 60 m² with a fully equipped open kitchen. At this level, you will discover a bathroom equipped with double sinks, a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed. Upstairs, the layout consists of a large master suite incorporating a queen size bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with toilet. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one of them with access to a balcony, and an additional bedroom is equipped with three single beds. A bathroom with a double sink, a walk-in shower and toilet completes this floor of the villa. The property is decorated with a charming terrace overlooking a saltwater pool, with no overlook and secured by a roller shutter. To ensure your comfort, the villa is equipped with an Airzone reversible heat pump, providing heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, with the possibility of adjusting the temperature of each room according to your preferences. The accommodation capacity of the villa is 11 people, with a parking space for 2 to 3 cars inside the property, fully fenced. The elegant and modern atmosphere of the villa is carefully orchestrated.
