In recent years, tourism has found its way to this sleepy fishing village but Mompiche remains true to its beauty of simplistic living. A nice paved road will now bring you here and electricity and internet services are very reliable, but some of the modern luxuries (like hot water showers and payment by credit cards) have not yet made their debuts.
