Charming country house

Country house bordered by a large exterior to spend a weekend with friends or family in the heart of the Auxois countryside and on the border of Morvan. The location is ideal if you want to discover the jewels of our beloved Burgundy such as Semur en Auxois, Alesia, Flavigny as well as Vezelay and many more. Two highway exits are 15 km away. Our village of Epoisses is looking forward to hosting you to discover its beautiful heritage. The space On the ground floor you will find an entrance with coat rack, bench etc. On the first floor you will arrive at a large living room that includes a kitchen open to its living room, bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor you will arrive at two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace with a view of a spacious outdoor area as well as the meadow of our horses, which is adjacent to our garden. The closed courtyard will allow you to park your car or motorcycle safely.
