It is quiet and disconnected from the outside world, we do not have a TV channel. The accommodation is not suitable for anyone with young children. the cottage is restored by me and my sister and not by a professional, so some modifications and improvements will be necessary.🤟😃😃😃 The space Welcome! The water is changed every week 😉😉😉🛀🛀🛀🚣🏂🏂🏂🌲🌲🐈🐈 😮😮😮😮 The accommodation is roughly renovated by our hands, the stairs are narrow and dangerous for the elderly, young children and animals, be aware of all these details before booking.☺️☺️😮🤔😳😳 The gîte is next to our house, so it has neighbors, it is not completely private, take these details into account Who are we? The house of Charix, as we called it, was built in 1650, enlarged, then abandoned for 70 years before we took possession of it in (2019). We bought it with the aim of making it habitable, making it 5 apartments, and renovated it in the best possible way to offer our guests a feeling of relaxation and pleasure. Despite the fact that we did not have the support of the banks to acquire this property, we continued to fight and here we are today, owners. We renovated it by buying the necessary equipment with our salaries, by recovering equipment from here and there, insulated in an ecological way. To date, we are happy to have finished the first gîte and to be able to let you stay there. Some changes will always and of course be necessary, and we would love to hear your opinion. It would help us enormously to improve our gîte later. You can give us your opinion in the small notebook available to you. Our goal is for you to have a pleasant and friendly stay.
