A spacious room overlooking the park and with a private bathroom in a 2-story house with a terrace located in Villa Dolores. The room is equipped with a smart TV (with Netflix), air conditioning, a refrigerator, spacious closets, and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, airfryer, kettle) and the living room has a 43" Smart TV. There is also a large terrace with a grill and park view to enjoy. The space The house has two floors. The guest's private room with private bathroom is located on the first floor. The living room, kitchen, a small guest bathroom, and my office are also on the first floor. The second floor has two levels. The first level contains the winter garden, laundry room, and access to the 20m2 terrace with grill. Our rooms (I live alone and my son stays with me 2 nights a week) and our bathroom are located on the second level of the 2nd floor.
