The Milking Shed - Byron Hinterland - Eltham NSW

The Milking Shed is a romantic sanctuary located in part of the Big Scrub and the volcanic hills of the Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW. A small working Macadamia farm. The cottage is well equipped to accomodate 2 guest;also a sofa bed if required and a shared in ground swimming pool. A breakfast hamper of healthy produce is provided on arrival. The best of both worlds, a relaxing natural and tranquil country experience, yet only 20/35 minutes drive the coastal towns. The space The Milking Shed is spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. From inside The Milking Shed, there are pretty views across the valley and the farm is a small working Macadamia orchard. The deluxe king size real bed will offer a very relaxing and peaceful sleep. Waking up to sounds of nature. The Cottage is really only suitable for 2 adults though if required the sofa bed can be used for 2 extra adults. A payment of $20 per adult per night is required and payment given directly to owner. The Milking Shed is a non smoking cottage. Guest access Guests to The Milking Shed have access to a shared in ground salt water swimming pool, which is located at the main house. There is a separate side gate for guests to use. Other things to note You can explore the stunning beaches and coastal walks, cafes and restaurants of Byron Bay, East Ballina and Lennox Head, or explore the quieter waterfalls or National Parks in the area. A short drive on the Hinterland Way you will find many wonderful cafes and restaurants at Alstonville, Bangalow, Clunes, Eltham, Federal, Newrybar, Teven/Tintenbar and the Regional City of Lismore.
