See the stars at our quiet semi-secluded RV site, parked between our pastures and woods, with an enormous pasture across the street. Enjoy watching the cows when they are out or catch a sunrise. Electric, water, and sewage hook ups available. Our small town has restaurants, stores and world class fishing at Lake Fork. We live nearby on the property and are available to answer any questions or point you to things in the area. The site does not have guest restrooms, bring your own toilets. The space We are a 1-site, quiet, semi-secluded covered RV parking on partially wooded spot on 24 acres that looks out onto 100+ acres of pastures across the street. Enjoy watching the cows when they are out or watch a sunrise on the horizon. Electric, water, and sewage hook ups available. Owners live on property nearby. Home and RV site are not visible to each other, trees and shop building offer seclusion and privacy. Located in a small town with great fishing lakes close by along with restaurants and stores as close as 5 minutes away. Enjoy a private RV spot to take in the local Lake Fork fishing tournaments and entertainment. Or, you may head to Lake Tawakoni for fishing, boating and watersports. The town that has a donut shop, gas stations, sonic drive-thru, coffee shop, family fish fry restaurant, Mexican restaurant, and hardware store. Close by are Emory and Mineola for further amenities. If you plan to visit First Monday Trade Days, it is only 26 miles from here in Canton. First Monday, Canton began more than a century ago and has grown to become the largest outdoor vendor and flea market in the world! RV Spot is covered, dimensions below. Ground is solid dirt, driveway is gravel. Additional vehicle (tow-behind/boat) may be parked on the gravel as long as you don't block the shop entrances. Hookups on driver's side means this is pull in. Water hookup is located at passenger rear side. Limited parking so there is a two vehicle limit plus RV. You have access to the RV campsite and its driveway next to the RV site. The rest of the property is for our personal use. Other things to note Note: New Look, we're clearing some land around our RV site, so our guest should have more space and clearance while maintaining a high degree of privacy. Older pictures have more trees, newer pictures will show the current Site. Note: This is a working ranch, close to woods and wildlife. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Dogs must be on a leash and kept in your area. Dogs are not allowed to roam on the property. Limited parking so there is a two vehicle limit plus RV. This is Texas so as always there may be occasional wildlife including but not limited to: stray dogs, loose cows, wild hogs, deer, possum, raccoon, snakes and scorpions in the area, please exercise caution. Do not approach, feed, or shoot deer/wildlife. Be cautious of surroundings. Encounters with country wildlife/critters is a likely possibility. Please limit noise after dark, thanks
