It is 500 meters to a great hiking area in Telegrafbukta. Distance to a grocery store is 250 meters - to a bus it is 100 meters. Bus to the center runs every 15 minutes. The apartment is 128 m2, has 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 4 bedrooms with 2 separate beds. Suitable for up to 8 people + 1 child in infant cot The space The building dates from 1977 and was completely renovated in 2022. There is water-borne heat in all floors. Lighting is recessed LED lighting in the ceiling. Access via main door with code keypad. The key to the front door of the apartment is in the key box next to the entrance. Codes for the front door and for the apartment are given before arrival. There is waste sorting in Tromsø. In the kitchen cupboard there are 4 bins for sorting paper, plastic, food waste and other types of residual waste. Rubbish is thrown into containers placed in the car park. The apartment is handed over from us to the guests in a cleaned condition. The sheets are placed on all the beds and bed linen and towels from the industrial laundry are laid out on all beds. Guests put on their own pillowcases and duvet covers. The apartment is expected to be handed over in the same condition as when they took it over. There is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment in a storage room by the entrance Guest access There are 6 apartments in the building. This apartment is the only one that is rented out on a short-term contract. All the other 5 apartments are rented out on a long-term contract to families with children
