My apartment is calm and airy. It has lots of sunlight. A cool front terrace with a panaromic sky view and one small balcony in the bedroom. You can reach Hermannstr. U8 station by 5 minutes of walking. U8 is the most central metro line of Berlin. There are many restaurants, bars and markets nearby. It's close to the famous Tempelhofer Feld. 10 minutes by Ubahn to Kreuzberg, 20 min. to Alexanderplatz and Mitte. Building has an elevator and a bike room. You can also use partly the cellar. The space Internet connection is stable and fast enough. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, living room, wash machine room, terraces. Other things to note Bathroom and shower are also comfy, always stable warm.
