My place is close to M4 it is halfway between London and Bristol so great if you are visiting either. I am 1.5k away from the Vodafone complex so handy for any one working there bus transport runs frequently along the A4. There is plenty of parking space outside the house.Good cycle routes and canal paths. The locals walks are varied,Donnington castle and Snelsmore common to name a few. It is a good base for business people and walkers and the Kennet and Avon canal It is a no smoking residence. The space It is a quiet but happy home and you will be relaxed and able to enjoy your time spent in West Berkshire. In the summer the garden space is available. House rules... to remove shoes before going upstairs..Also guests are welcome to eat in the lounge but not in their room apart from making a tea or coffee which is provided in the room. Guests may use the Lounge and kitchen as long as they tidy up after themselves. Breakfast is a variety of cereals /porridge and toast with preserves,.. Fruit and yoghurt I would like to add that guests have a table in the lounge where they can eat .please do not eat in your room. Guest access I am happy to socialise but also happy to leave you to enjoy your break . If you need to work there is a table in the lounge that can be used . During your stay I am a busy person but will will be happy to help you with questions you may have about the area etc..... Looking forward to meeting you soon. Other things to note I have friendly Labrador called Jack who adores making new friends. If you don't like animals this is not the place for you.
