For your comfort and convenience, Unit 2 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway. ➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation. Guest access Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Other things to note We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and they are welcome here. 🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets. ⚠️ Please be aware that this property includes a set of stairs. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need. 📍 HOUSE RULES 👉🏻 The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. 👉🏻 The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued. 👉🏻 Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. 👉🏻 Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. 👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. 👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. 👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. 👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. 👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture. 👉🏻 A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
