Sunny Casita

Spare and spacious and sunny. This casita is surrounded by a lovely and shade filled garden. There’s a wall so that you will enjoy outdoor privacy. It’s a short walk to downtown and the brewery, baths, and galleries. The Rio Grande is across the street and there are beautiful views of Turtleback Mountain from the porch. The house is about 80 years old, floors are wood and tile. Pets are welcome, however we ask that pet owners read "Other details to note" thoroughly! The space The yard contains many lovely plants. Pet owners, please be mindful of your dog or cat's activities in the yard. Read below for expectations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space with the exception of the cabinets in the laundry room. This room functions as storage for all of the houses on the property. There is plenty of storage in the rest of the casita for personal items. Other things to note Dear Pet Owners: 1 dog or cat is welcome. Please check for additional numbers. There is a $50.00 pet fee. This is to cover additional cleaning. Often we need to spend more time washing the floors, or remove hair from furniture. We do provide blankets to cover the bed and couch if your pet wants to hangout in those places. The pet fee is not intended to cover replacement bedding due to accidents, or removal of dog waste from the yard. While it is walled, the yard contains gardens that are important to me, as well as to other guests. The expectation is that all pet waste be removed from the yard by the pet owner and put in the trash. If your pet is a digger, or chewer, please keep a close eye on them while they are outside. Please note that this is a non smoking property. There’s no vaping. No smoking of any kind.
