The space Large two bedroom condo with garden and jungle views- a nice, quiet place to have your morning coffee while you look for parrots and monkeys or just listen to the sounds of the surf just a couple minutes away! Though you can’t see it, the patio faces the ocean to the west where you’ll still see some of the beautiful sunsets that this coast is known for. Most amenities in this condo, from appliances to all linens and drapes, ceiling fans and the bedroom air conditioners, have all been updated recently! Guest access We are a short drive off the main highway in the area. You can easily walk from one building to the next and to both pools. The hotel nearby is also in walking distance and so is the beach. Other things to note There are 3 condominium buildings in this complex. Each has 6 or 8 units. This particular unit is in the lower building on the 2nd floor. This building is closest to the beach for a quick walk. There may be additional parking fees if renters are using more than one vehicle. During rainy season it is possible that the usual beach access may be blocked by water, in which case you may choose to access beach a different way.
