The kitchen had everything we needed and more!" More About Our Home: This home was fully remodeled in the summer of 2023. Everything from the floors to the ceilings are brand new. Each room has CAN lighting, a bedside lamp, blackout shades, a ceiling fan, and individually controlled HVAC heating and air conditioning. All windows in the home are double paned. Frontyard: Golf lovers paradise! Yes, you read that right. This front yard is built for golfers. There are two putting greens in the front yard- each with their own challenges. The front yard is completely fenced in. It adds a layer of safety for your little ones and some privacy. But it’s not just for golfers! The front yard has soft artificial turf for all to play on and enjoy the San Diego sunshine. We even have a corn hole set. Kitchen: This full kitchen has plenty of room for several chefs. It is completely stocked with 40+ seasonings, extra large containers of the staples, and multiple types of oils. The stove/oven is a gas range with 4 burners. There is a large assortment of pots & pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, air fryer, wok, waffle maker, blender, coffee bean grinder, drip coffee machine & Keurig, stemless wine glasses, child friendly dishes & cutlery, ect. Restroom: The restroom features a new soak tub with stunning tub to ceiling tiles and a waterfall shower head. The waterfall shower feels light and so refreshing. The shower also features a removable hand held sprayer. One of my favorite parts of this water flow system is the tub fill dispenser. The water flows over the water dispenser and looks like a waterfall. Living Room: When you walk in to the living room you'll notice the huge 70" smart TV and double wide couches. The couches are positioned across from each other. This is a sure way to spark up some fun conversations and laughs. The coffee table is there to break out the board games and get ready to compete against your friends and family members. The sofa unfolds into a cosy queen bed, giving you a little extra space. Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size MagniStretch 14" mattress. Let me tell you, 14" of luxury mattress really changes your sleep experience. The room has fully mirrored sliding glass closet doors. The closet has plenty of room to hang all your clothing with room to spare and put your luggage inside of it and out of the way. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size Simmons Beautyrest Triton Foundation. It's as plush of a mattress as it gets. This room has a dedicated work space. The desk is an electronic height adjustable desk. You can use it as a standard seated desk or a standing desk- perfect for the professional on the go. We have also had many guests use this area as a makeup and glamour counter. Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a king size Simmons Beautyrest Triton Foundation. The name of the mattress says it all. You will have beautiful rest. Inside of this bedroom there is a wall mounted 55" smart TV. Watch your favorite shows while enjoying the comfy bed. Dinning Room: The dinning room hosts a large wood table with cushioned bench seating and two head chairs. The table seats 8 as-is and has a leaf that adds two more seats. Sit around the table, enjoy a fine home cooked meal, and cheers to a great vacation. Backyard: Privacy is the key here. We created a private, modern, relaxing ambiance. The modern black privacy fence is covered in a cool ivy pattern and mood lighting. The backyard features a hot tub, 4 person sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower, Weber BBQ, fire pit, large 6 person dining table, covered patio, 6 piece lounging couch set, and plenty of area to enjoy the fresh air. Sit back at the table, enjoy the sunshine or moonlight, and tell your favorite stories. I find it really relaxing to just sit under the awning, open up a book, and enjoy the outside air. Disclaimer: *Security cameras are on the perimeters of the entire exterior of the house and property. They are standard Ring cameras with audio and video recording. There are obviously no security cameras inside of the house. We take both safety and privacy seriously. *No parties. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. *No Bluetooth speakers allowed outside (Both the front and the back yard). This is a quiet family neighborhood. *No smoking/vaping of any kind on the entire property. No smoking in the front yard or the back yard. *All dogs must be pre approved and booked on the reservation. *No charcoal grilling. We supply a natural gas Webber BBQ. You cannot use your own grill. *Hot tub service & cleaning company comes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 8-11am. They enter the backyard through the side gate. They do not enter the home. Guests do not need to assist them in any way… Guest access This is a whole home rental. Please enjoy the whole house, gated front yard, and back yard. There is a garage with a washer and dryer in it. There is no parking in the garage. There is a one car driveway you can park in and plenty of free street parking right in front of the house. Other things to note Dogs are welcome upon pre approval of the dogs and the guest’s recognition and acceptance of our pet rules and fees. Here are our doggie rules: - We ask that all doggies remain off the furniture and beds in the home. - The front yard is artificial turf. Please do not let your doggies relieve themselves in that area. - There is a very large grass area right across the street from our home. This is where we ask you to take your doggies to relieve themselves. (We actually walk our dogs there too. We live right around the block). - Unless crated, please don’t leave the dogs home alone.
