Room 15 minutes walk from UNSW

The apartment is located right in front the tram station “ES Mark”. We are 15 min from Central station (via tram), 20 min from Coogee and Maroubra beach (via bus), 5 min walk from Centennial Park and 15 min walk from UNSW. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a place close to the City and/or to UNSW but also close enough to the eastern suburbs beaches. The room is bright and very cozy. In the room you will have a single bed and a work desk with a monitor to connect your laptop. During your stay We are always happy to chat with our guests but also respectful of those who are more private. Other things to note You will share the apartment common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, balcony and laundry room with me (Julia) and my husband (Allen). We both work full-time.
