A functional 17m² apartment, located in a small residential building. It has a caretaker, the only employee who takes care of the common areas. The space Entire space, with a bathroom and kitchen. There is no separate bedroom. Guest access The building does not have: a leisure area, parking, bicycle rack, storage room, or a doorman. The common areas are the corridors to enter and exit the condominium. Other things to note The building does not have parking. There are some private parking lots nearby, but the customer must pay for the service. The building has a camera monitoring system (in common areas). The apartment has a water filter and the information on changing the cartridge will be visible and updated. The shower is electric and, if it needs maintenance, we will arrange for a professional to carry out the repair as soon as possible, taking into account the professional's service hour limitations. This limitation also applies to the need for other repairs. The air-conditioning has no remote control; it is mechanical. We offer bed and bath linens in the quantity required for the requested period of stay. We do not have space to store luggage before the scheduled check-in time. During Carnival, there is a block that focuses on the door of the building, leaving the street a little busier and with blocked traffic. Behind the building, there is a Social Assistance and Reference Center that, on some days of the week, among other activities, offers courses such as musical instrument classes, the noise of which can be heard from the apartment.
