The space Welcome to this Mediterranean villa with sea views of Jan Thiel. This beautiful villa offers fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea and is within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Upon arrival through the entrance gate, you will enter the spacious 1600m2 plot with ample (covered) parking. The villa is wonderfully situated on the wind and designed to overlook the sea and the salt pans! Luxury and comfort This beautiful villa offers not only breathtaking views of the sea and the salt pans, but also a stylish look due to the high-quality decor. With comfortable beds and various lounge areas, you can fully enjoy the space and comfort. Layout and facilities First floor: The villa consists of two floors, sleeping on the ground floor and living and sleeping on the first floor. The large front door gives access to the living area with high ceilings, tasteful decor. The kitchen, with a 4 meter wide cooking island, is equipped with luxury built-in appliances such as oven, microwave, two dishwashers, induction hob, espresso machine, American refrigerator and an extra cooling drawer for drinks. On either side of the kitchen are the porches (covered terraces) with lounge sofas, dining table for 12 people and a spacious masonry sofa. You can relax by the 5x10 meter infinity pool with pool deck and sun loungers! An aperitif can be enjoyed at the bar or in the lounge set on the veranda. The beautifully landscaped garden is accessible via the stairs next to the swimming pool. The master bedroom has an ensuite walk-in closet and a full bathroom. It opens onto a covered terrace of 7x7 meters equipped with lounge sofas to enjoy the setting sun. Two additional bedrooms on this living floor, each with its own bathroom with toilet, rain shower and double sink. All the bedrooms feature king-size beds and air conditioning. First floor Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet, rain shower and double sink. These bedrooms are also air-conditioned and are located on a large covered terrace with a cozy bar and a picnic table for the wonderful evenings you spend at home. There is also a beautiful studio with a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Additional amenities The villa is equipped with an alarm system that is connected to the control room. The entire villa is equipped with fast free WiFi, Sonos speakers. There is a barbecue available for the cozy evenings. Depending on the number of guests, the villa is rented in whole or in part, but only to one group. The standard price is based on the use of 3 bedrooms for six people. If you wish to rent with more people or want a private bedroom for each guest, there will be a surcharge per night for each additional guest. If desired, additional bedrooms (4th, 5th, 6th or 7th bedroom) can be made available at an additional cost per room per night. All rented areas in the house are accessible to our guests, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. This includes the common areas, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. However, please note that the garages, private storage room, and pool house are not accessible to guests. Other things to note The villa has a standard price for 6 people and for each additional room you pay extra per night. In all cases, you will enjoy complete privacy in villa Nuru. Bedroom Options: By default, Villa Nuru is rented with 3 bedrooms. Optional additional bedrooms can be added up to a maximum of 7 bedrooms at an additional cost. Water & Electricity Usage: On Curacao, water is a precious good. We therefore kindly ask our guests to use water sparingly during their stay. In addition, electricity is available with a maximum consumption of 60 kWh per day, or 75 kWh per day in the case of 14 people or 7 bedrooms. Additional consumption will be charged by the manager at the end of the stay at a rate of €0.55 per kWh. Normal use of the villa will be more than within these limits. Noise Policy: To respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors, it is not allowed to play loud music. From 11pm (at night) we ask our guests to stop producing (loud) sound. Checkout procedure: When leaving the villa, we kindly ask our guests to leave the villa tidy. The final cleaning is provided by the property manager.
