The space Located at 37th Floor of the building. This is a fully-furnished condo unit - equipped with WIFI connection, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, double-sized bed, comfortable sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, Expresso machine, built-in induction cooker, shower heater, rice cooker, electric kettle, utensils, and silverware. Towels, Body Wash and Shampoo are available. Complimentary bottled water and guest kit is also included. Guest access Swimming pool may only be used by authorized guests with the following corresponding fees: Php150 (regular days and weekends), Php 300 (during Holidays). Important! Fee is per guest. Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance. Paid open parking just across the street (Mayflower Parking) is available. (We can assist you on this) (Please message us in advance if you want to get a paid parking) A copy of valid ID of each guest as required by the building management will need to be presented. Other things to note Please read carefully: 1. Strictly No pets allowed (This is Admin policy) 2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit as well as in the balcony. (Penalty applies) 3. No unregistered guests allowed 4. Please turn off the Aircondition when leaving the unit or not in use. 5. Noise curfew in effect. No loud noises (Penalty will be charged by Admin) A warning will be given to the guests if a complaint arises. 6. Strictly no hanging of clothes, towels and any other type of fabric on balcony railings. (Penalty will be charged by Admin) 7. Please gently close and lock the door each time you leave the unit. (The host will not be responsible for any negligence made by the guests) 8. Sheets, towels, pillowcases are all washed every stay. (Any stains will be charged to the guests) 9. Damaged items will be charged accordingly. 10. No rearrangement of the furniture is allowed. 11. Take the trash out before you leave. (Trash room is available near the elevator) 12. Expresso Machine is free to use, capsule is available upon request with fee of Php 70each flavor. 13. Turnoff the shower or any faucets not in use. 14. Turnoff the lights not in use. 15. Always close the balcony glass door when not in use.
