Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival. The space Hi my sofa bed has been replaced and is fully functional. Please ignore any messages saying otherwise. 1.5 acre property with extensive gardens in a quiet rural area. Other things to note There is no cook top or oven in the kitchen. However there is an air fryer, microwave, electric frypan supplied in the kitchen and a BBQ in the outside gazebo area for your cooking needs. You can also relax in the gazebo and watch the king parrots come in for a feed in the afternoons.
