Eight Rooms - Your awesome stay in Bansko

If you seek for a spacious and comfortable home for your stay in Bansko with a larger group of family or friends, this is the perfect place. Our house has an unbeatable location - less than a 10-min walk to the Gondola lift and just 2 min from the main street, which leads to Bansko's vibrant downtown. Despite its central location, the house is on a peaceful street in a quiet neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the authentic experience of living among the locals. The space Our house offers a range of accommodations, including 4 triple bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom, a wardrobe and a balcony. Each room provides a unique mountain view, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The four bigger rooms face the garden and the magnificent greatness of the Pirin mountain, while the other four rooms face the picturesque local street and reveal the distant beaty of the Rila mountain. Every room is designed uniquely, with much love and care, and we are sure that you would just fall in love with the distinctive style. The vast common area allows you to prepare your breakfasts in the morning or cook dinners together, while having a drink at the bar, then dine, play board games, or just relax by the fireplace. On top, you can enjoy a 300 m2 garden and an external barbeque, where you can grill and have fun in the evenings, should you prefer to escape from the hustle and bustle of taverns and pubs. Super bright, spacious and charming, you'll just love this house and its special energy! Other things to note (1) Parking inside may not be possible during heavy snow. In that case, you can temporarily park in front of the house for convenient check-in and check-out. Fortunately, our street is outside the paid parking zone, unlike many central streets in Bansko. However, to avoid blocking the pedestrian sidewalk, we recommend using the nearby free parking for the duration of your stay (less than 150 meters away). (2) As our guests, you'll receive a complimentary basket of firewood for the fireplace. If you'd like to keep the fire burning for added coziness during your stay, or if you prefer using our firewood for the barbecue instead of buying charcoal, additional firewood is available at 100 lv. (50 EUR) per ½ cubic meter. Please contact us for instructions in such case. Please be aware that the unauthorized use of firewood from the storage areas in the garden, without prior agreement, is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges. (3) Our house is just perfect for family or friendly gatherings. Please note, however, that by booking this place, no external guests are allowed for party.
