Double garage, plus 2 private parkings at front yard. More parking corner roadside. The space Our house is perfect for large families or groups. But NOT for party or noise gathering. NO PARTY ALLOWED. We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc.... 7-bedroom layout is reasonable, everyone in big group will get her/his private space. 3 full bathrooms. 2 mins drive lead you to Browns Bay Beach Reserve and community shopping center. Enjoy beach activities and food. Easy to access Highway One, 15 mins to Auckland CBD. Guest access Guests can use the entire area of the house and garden with privacy. No sharing with others.
