Fryderyk Apartment 'Iron'

A comfortable apartment in the center of Warsaw with accommodation for 2 people. The functional space of the apartment includes a kitchen, a living room with a sleeping area and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom area has a double bed and an exit to the balcony. The apartment has a climatic and warm decor. Cozy apartment arrangement and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment and free Wi-Fi. An extraordinary stay in an extraordinary place! The space In the apartment we provide: -a set of bedding and one supply -towels (2x50cmx100cm or 1x70cmx140cm) -cutlery, dishes and one pot and one pan -hair dryer -kettle -coffee/tea/sugar/salt/pepper -toilet paper We do NOT provide: - shampoo, shower gel; - cleaning service during your stay; - food; - air-conditioning; Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. If you want to check in after midnight and you are afraid that you will not be able to find an apartment you can use the "phone night standby" option of one of our hosts. If you want to use this option, you should report it in advance and pay an additional fee of 100 PLN, and then you can rest assured that we will be available for you in case of any problems. Other things to note - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and in the whole facility! Any traces of violation of this prohibition (cigarette butts in the bin, ashes in the room or on the windowsill, cigarette butts in jars, smell of tobacco smoke, burns) are subject to a fine of 250 PLN. If evidence is found, no excuses on the part of the guests will be taken into consideration. - Quite at night from 10 p.m. - PLN 200 fee for breaking the house rules. - The loss of a key obligates payment of a fine in the amount of PLN 200 as well as covering additional costs associated with replacing the lock with a new one. - In the event of loss of the apartment key, the guest is obliged to pay a penalty of PLN 200 and incur additional costs related to the replacement of the lock with a new one. - It is possible to issue a VAT invoice (8%) - if you need it, please inform us right after making the reservation. - On the day of departure, the guest should leave the apartment no later than at 10:00 a.m., otherwise the guest is obliged to pay a 200 PLN penalty fee (unless the guest has agreed different with the host before). We remind you that in accordance with the regulations of Fryderyk Apartments, the premises of Fryderyk Apartments are not adapted for stays and reception of children. An exception to this rule is possible only if the legal guardian presents a document confirming the basis for the care of the child and submits a written statement in which he/she takes full responsibility for the child during the stay. In accordance with the "Kamilka Act", i.e. an amendment to a number of acts aimed at increasing the protection of minors who have become victims of violence, i.e. the Act of 28.07.2023 amending the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts, Fryderyk Apartments informs about the obligation to comply with the Standards for the Protection of Minors, and you declare that your stay in it is in accordance with the content of the above Regulation and, if necessary, you are able to document it and provide us with a document confirming the safe relationship between the minor and the adult.
