Relax and unwind in one of the most peaceful places imaginable. Surrounded by rainforest, bush and landscaped gardens - this property is an incredibly unique paradise. You’ll feel you’re in a 5 star resort in the stunning pool that backs straight on to the rainforest! The 2 bedroom apartment is Hamptons-inspired with crisp, white walls and furniture, complimented with blues and aquas of the ocean. With floor to ceiling glass windows in every room - you immediately feel you’re on holidays! The space It’s the spacious hamptons, coastal design, thoughtful touches and feeling of peace and being a million miles from anywhere, that makes my place unique. Yet it’s only a 2min drive down the hill to the chic, coastal village of Thirroul, with its wonderful collection of shops, restaurants and cafes. As well as just a 5min to 15min drive to your choice of all the best beaches the northern south coast has to offer. The resort style pool is simply breathtaking! It is fully equipped with a waterfall, outdoor lounge, sun lounges and stone dining setting. There is also an additional huge lawn space, perfect for a game of cricket or footy. The 2 bedroom apartment is the entire ground floor of a 2 story Queenslander style home, set on almost an acre of lush, tropical rainforest, bush and landscaped gardens. The guest apartment is completely private from the top floor. There is no internal access between floors. The apartment has its own completely private entrance, alfresco dining area, two level grassed yards, and outdoor washing line. It has beautiful, landscaped gardens which lead up a garden path to the stunning, resort style, lagoon pool and poolside dining space. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a study nook, bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with island bench, dining space, open plan living with super comfy lounge - perfect for snuggling up and watching movies on the flat screen, smart TV. The master bedroom has a view of the garden, a queen size bed, bedsides and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a garden view, two single beds, a bedside and built in wardrobe. Guests will enjoy beautiful, comfortable beds, high quality linen and luxurious Sheridan towels. In summer the apartment stays beautifully cool with the reverse cycle air conditioner and also has fans for each bedroom. In winter you will be toasty warm - with the reverse cycle air conditioner, a Rinnai natural gas heater, as well as a fan heater in each bedroom. The living space flows onto an undercover alfresco lounge and dining space and 2 flat grassed yards either side of the apartment - a wonderful place for the kids to play. Guest access Parking is easy and convenient. Guests can park ONE car on the driveway at the front of the property. Any additional guest cars can be parked on the street directly in front of the property, or on the grassed area right beside the property. From the driveway at the front of the property, there is one step up to a flat level porch. Guests then go through a gate to their own private entrance to their 2 bedroom apartment with no steps. Guests enjoy private use of the magnificent pool and pool side dining area during their stay. Access to the pool is via a garden pathway, beside stunning landscaped gardens, which open to the magnificent backdrop of mountain rainforest, sprawling green lawn and the beautiful lagoon style pool. Other things to note The 2 bedroom apartment is the entire ground floor of a 2 story Queenslander style home set on almost an acre of lush, tropical rainforest, bush and landscaped gardens. You may at rare times see the one, lovely, quiet lady who lives on the top story of the house, doing garden maintenance or pass her on the driveway out the front of the property. On occasion you may hear footsteps from the floor above. The extensive gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained by our professional gardener. Garden maintenance is almost always done in between guest stays. On extremely rare occasions or during longer stays, you may see the gardener working on the lawns or gardens.
