A super cozy room with a double bed, and you can add an extra single mattress. We offer face and bath towels, bed linens and soap. The room is in a shared home. We have a kitchen in the outdoor leisure area of the house that is available to guests. The bathroom is shared with guests in another room of the house, as well as the other common areas of our space. == CARNIVAL 2026 == During these periods, we accept a minimum of 4 nights. The space The room is in the house where we live. We are a family and offer the spaces of our home as lodging for tourists and other visitors. There are two of us: Cristina and Victor (mother and son), with a family pet dog named Chico. The house is located in a gated community, in the central region of the island and with easy access to the main points. The place is super quiet and safe, with lots of nature around it. The last photos of the listing show the distances to the main beaches on the island. Guest access Guests have access to some common areas of the house: laundry, swimming pool, leisure area, outdoor kitchen. Other things to note We have a dog who is part of the family and goes around the house. He is very gentle and likes to be around people, so our space is not recommended for those who do not have an affinity with dogs. If you like "doggies," we're sure you'll be delighted by Chico. =)
