The Cottage with Llamas

Enjoy with family or friends of this large cottage typical of the Normandy heritage whose garden is fenced . Good moments of relaxation and a walk in perspective ,you can observe and approach the animals in the meadow behind the house:Lamas ,donkeys ,Pony goats and sheep from Ushant will come to meet you for pets and eat a few carrots . Located in the Eure in Normandy, an hour from the sea, 1.5 hours from Paris and Paris /Deauville train station,Paris Caen 4 km. The space Access via a large motorized gate, 2 large driveways to park vehicles (up to 12). This house offering a large accommodation and an independent or non-independent F2 F2 depending on the needs offers more than 200 m² to comfortably accommodate groups of up to 21 people, it consists of: 1) A ground floor with entrance ,bathroom, equipped kitchen with a 4-seater dining area, dining room with a table up to 18 guests, living room with TV , WiFi box,sofas and armchair. At the end of the house you will find the F2 Accessible from the inside or through an outdoor door,this F2 has an equipped kitchen with a 6-seater dining area,a living room with a TV , a sofa ,armchair and a clack ,a large bathroom with a large shower ,two sinks and a toilet complete the equipment . The bedrooms on the ground floor: - Bedroom 1 (red) on the left when entering: 1 double bed 140*190, 1 baby bed shower room and toilet next door. - Bedroom 2 (Rose): 1 double bed 140*190 - Bedroom 3 (Blue in the F2 on the ground floor): 1 double bed 140*190 2)One floor accessible by a spacious staircase: On the left on the landing: A living room with TV, 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa, then a large bedroom with 2 double beds 140*190 including one that can separate into 2 single beds and a baby cot Right: A small space for work with a desk and a chair then a dorm area with 1 double bed 140*190 and a single bed then a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190) and single bed. After this room you will find a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (partition for privacy) and the last bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed (140*190) and 1 twin. So there are 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 2 fully equipped kitchens. You will have a laundry room with washer +dryer if needed, Many activities nearby:tree climbing, canoeing, Lazer Game, paintball, abbey ,Château d 'Harcourt and other tours. The large garden in front of the house is perfectly enclosed and wooded , ideal for children and your 4-legged friends, you can observe and pet in the meadow at the back of the house our animals: 2 Lamas, 2 Poneys, 4 goats, 2 sheep from Ushant, 2 donkeys ,chickens and ducks There are also ornamental chickens and rabbits in a park. Are at your disposal: garden furniture, 2 barbecues (gas and coal ) , armchairs to lie down in the sun ,a ping-pong table,a small soccer field, bicycles and a gazebo to gather in a small group in the shelter in the middle of the garden. Possibility to add a barnum of 60 square meters with 50 chairs and 7 tables in the garden . Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garden ,access to pets is possible after taking a first visit with us (safety guidelines) Other things to note Access to one bedroom at the end of the house upstairs is through the shower room,another bedroom, and the dorm on the landing , removable partitions provide more privacy . - 2 baby cribs -2 baby chairs When you arrive: - a deposit of 500 euros including 200 in cash and 300 in uncashed check will be required upon arrival for weekends and weeks. An inventory will be carried out on your arrival. Before your departure: - You must return the property as well as on arrival ( depending on the cleaning fee), an inventory will be carried out. Beds are made for your arrival according to the number of people , bath towels are not provided (except 6 in case of forgetting). - Toilet paper and coffee (Senséo pods and coffee + traditional coffee filter) are provided for the first day . For any damage, a refund will be requested at the new value.
