The space The house has an ensuite and a second bathroom, tub in the second bathroom.. It has 2 Queen size beds, one in the master bedroom and the second one in bedroom 2, which can be suitable for couples. The space is big. It has 2 televisions and very comfortable seats. It is neat as a pin. The area is nice and quiet and free from crime. The place is less than 20 minutes to Midland shopping centre, less than 10 minutes to Ellenbrook shopping centre and less than 15 mins less minutes to Mandoon Estate and very close to the vineries. The house is 15 to The Vines Resort Golf Course. Less than five minutes to number of restaurants in Swan Valley. This is a place to be. The place is also great for people travelling for work. It has a large table which can be used as a working place. It has a fire extinguisher and firstaid kit. Surveillance cameras on site outside the house for security purposes. The house key and garage key is in a coded key safe attached to the left-hand side of the wall on the entrance door. Please leave the key at the same location when exiting. Please return the key back to the safe with the same key code when exiting.
