Welcome to our apartment! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, family or barkada, this cozy retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space We have 3 units that is available for booking. All rooms are 2 storey apartment so please expect stairs. All are for rental so please expect that we have other guests and tenants aside from you. Unit J1 has only 1 room good for couple with double size bed and a comfort room downstairs. Wifi provided. Parking for 2-3wheels only. Unit C2 have 2rooms. First room has triple deck single-sized and airconditioned. Second room has double-sized bed and wall fan only. Comfort room downstairs. No wifi. Parking for 2-3wheels only. Please communicate if you have car before booking. Unit P2 have 2 rooms. The two rooms have same double-sized bed but only one room has airconditioned and one is fan only. Comfort room downstairs. Parking for 4wheels inside the gate. Guest access Conveniently located with easy access to key destinations: - 1 minute to Orani Public Market and Puregold Tugatog - 10 minutes to KDRAC - 15 minutes to Sinagtala - 20 minutes to SM Bataan - 30 minutes to Subic - 1 hour to Bataan Beaches Other things to note Theres also an open cabinet for you to store your belongings. Some electronic appliance are TV, mini refrigerator, oven and electric kettle. We have some mini cookwares and kitchenwares, but please expect it is for small cookings only. Portable stove are for request, but bring your own butane. We have available parking lot for you (please read above). If you also need to buy something, theres a market place and grocery store just few steps away and there are also sari sari stores near us.
