An entire 128 m2 accommodation on a 1.5-hectare park, like at home, peaceful for vacations with family or friends, in the heart of the Perche. Come and recharge your batteries by our pools and animals, for unique moments of togetherness. Ideal for a weekend or vacation. Get away from the city and enjoy the calm of the countryside, animals and fishing! Accommodation on the same grounds as our house and common garden. Possible rural noise pollution The space A complete and equipped house, for weekends or holidays dedicated to fishing and rest Possibility to accommodate your horses in a pasture and private box with straw and hay, for an additional cost of €15/day/horse (Food/box cleaning/mulching/water included) 2 horses maximum. Dogs and cats welcome for an additional €10 per animal. We are in the countryside, with noise and animal cries/songs on site or nearby. Similarly, the presence of insects, rodents, reptiles, arachnids and amphibians is possible. We are not responsible for "intrusion" of bugs and other living things. In winter, a little mud is possible if you walk in the gardens: be careful with your equipment. IMPORTANT: Animals and children playing in their own place of residence. We do our best to respect your rest and make you feel at home, but we will not lock up our children and our dog to satisfy you😊. Guest access House Garden Playground Billiards Unfenced fishing ponds (and not fencable, like all lakes and ponds). Attention: Horses and farm animals (dog, cat and dwarf goat at large) present on the grounds. Do not enter the horse paddocks, whether they are present or not. Hangars and workshops are not accessible to the public. NON-SMOKING accommodation, including veranda. Smokers can go outside or on the terrace. An ashtray is provided for this purpose. Children and pets are subject to the supervision of accompanying adults. We are not responsible for the actions of travelers, their children or their pets. Other things to note To fully enjoy your stay, equip yourself with fishing rods. The bait is waiting for you on the spot, on the ground and in abundance 😉 (don't forget your boots in the off-season) The accommodation is located in a village far from the cities.
