Free parking is included in your stay. The apartment is located in “Mounts Bay Village” with a refreshing swimming pool, tennis court and fitness room. Our privately managed apartment conveniently located and walking distance to, Jacob’s ladder, Kings Park, City Shopping, Perth Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay The space Your home away from home is located on the second floor, serviced by elevators and is a bright and spacious one bedroom apartment comprising of; Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a small private balcony, separate bedroom with one king size bed, off the bedroom you will find mirrored robes that lead through to a full bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, and a private balcony for morning coffee or afternoon drinks Bedroom - brand new super luxe king bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, TV and block out curtains in Bedroom En-suite - comprising of shower (only) over bath tub , WC, vanity with mirror, hairdryer, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board - toiletries, toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, they are not intended to last the full duration Lounge / dining - two seater sofa + armchair to relax and watch your favorite flics (SMART 55" TV) just bring your own password for your streaming account as WIFI available free in apt. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge area is open plan and leads in to the dining and kitchen area Kitchen - Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, **under-bench fridge, single draw fisher & paykel dishwasher, electric Hob and electric under bench oven, we supply coffee capsules, tea and sugar to get you started with your stay but may not last for the full duration ** For long stay guests of 2 weeks or more we can supply an additional fridge on request at no additional cost Aircon - the open plan lounge is serviced by a reverse cycle cooling and heating air conditioner *Secure Parking for one car - with height restriction of 2 meter high Guest access Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on your day of departure Easy self check in via lock box located on site, all details on how to collect keys will be sent to you the prior to arrival. Check in guide will include step by step instructions along with images to ensure a smooth check in and most importantly, an enjoyable stay Guests have full access to the apartment. Free access to communal swimming pool, tennis court and fitness room Bus stop right outside, easy Uber access for pick up or try out the e-scooters! We are walking distance to Perth Convention, Woodside, Rio Tinto and BHP, Mount Hospital close by as well as Elizabeth Quay, for the energetic walk up Jacobs Ladder and explore Kings park Arriving in your car - PLEASE READ Our apartment has ONE undercover car parking space in a communal garage - height restriction of 2 meter high Once you arrive at our apartment we suggest you park up near the apartment building to get your key card from the lock box. For a smooth check in, once you have the key card we suggest you unload all luggage prior to parking up - directions on how to find the parking space will be in the lock box. Please note- the allocated parking space is at the opposite end of the complex (3 minutes walk) Additional information: Paid parking on roadside and public paid parking options within walking distance (City of Perth Parking & Wilson Car Parks) - Nearest and best (in my opinion) is Perth Convention Centre Parking- maybe google websites for access times and prices [Street meter parking - free after 6pm to 8am + free all day Sunday - subject to change] Other things to note The apartment is privately owned & managed One car park space is available which is undercover in a gated communal garage with a height access restriction of 2 meter This apartment is not suitable for toddlers / small children as we have no amenities in place Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas. For your security, CCTV is in use in common areas RULES - Absolutely no parties/events allowed - no smoking - no pets - only registered guests permitted to stay in this accommodation - All guests MUST be registered to stay in the accommodation - Maximum of TWO person stay Lost / Damaged Cards or keys Replacement keys/key cards $50 each plus lockout fee below $100 fee 8am to 8pm lockouts $200 fee 8pm to 8am lockouts Registration Details STRA6000CO6P0LSL
