A luxury holiday home located in Still Bay East that offers some of the best views over the town, river and ocean. There are spacious open plan living areas and a kitchen. A lovely indoor braai room that opens up to the lawn with stack doors compliments the property. The Beach House has 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms. Four 4 bedrooms sharing the beautiful view. The house offers full bouquet DSTV with a smart flat-screen TV and Wi-fi. The space The living areas comprise over a spacious living room, dining room and an additional cosy sitting area under the double volume. The open plan kitchen and scullery are well equipped. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and one has three single beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bathroom offers a bath/shower. Bedroom 2 has a basin and toilet and bedroom 5 has a basin. The braai room offers sitting space as well as dining furniture for 10 people. The are one stand alone toilet on the upper level and one on the ground floor. A outdoor shower is available for rinsing after returning from the beach. Guest access Guest will have full access/use of the Beach House and garden. Two on site parking bays will be allocated. Other things to note Guests will be welcomed by a host on arrival. Alternatively the keys will be made available in a key safe next to the kitchen door.
