House from 1820 in the countryside at the foot of Ventoux

The house, is in a 2 hectare park with trees and quiet, consists of: • Lovely food • a dining room • A living room • 5 Bedrooms • 3 baths(from 7 guests), 2 bathrooms for 6 people • a spacious playroom with bar, billiards table and living room • One shaded terrace • Pool (5x10m) • ping pong • barbecue The house is located 1 km from the shops of the village of Entrechaux and 7 km from the shops of Vaison la Romaine. . The space If you had a stressful year and have an absolute need for calm to recharge your batteries then this house will suit you completely. No noise, just nature. The rooms in my home are spacious and ideal for reunions with family or friends. The large exposed stone room of 100 m2 serves during the day for young children to play and big ones for billiards games that can end late in the evening without disturbing those sleeping upstairs. The terrace is often appreciated for breakfasts and evening meals. It's the gathering place to chat. There is also the large master bedroom which benefits from its own bathroom and which thanks to the door of the hallway that is closed is a small apartment apart from the rest of the house. Kids will love the twin room with its decor. We have a total of 5 bedrooms but for the same family or close friends because the two bedrooms are connected, we have downstairs one bedroom with an additional child's room with a 90 bed. For your information, we have 3 beds of 140 and 4 beds of 90. The house is supplied by a spring, but its water is not drinkable. For your information, you will have two bathrooms for a rental of 6 people. A third bathroom is available from a rental of 7 people PLAN TO BRING MOSQUITO REPELLENT BECAUSE YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE (TREES AND WATER). This year, terrace has been equipped with two lights that repel insects. ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENT OF A THUNDERSTORM OR HEAVY RAIN, DO NOT APPROACH THE STREAM IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE, THE WATER RISES VERY QUICKLY AND THIS STREAM CAN BECOME DANGEROUS IF YOU APPROACH IT. PARK YOUR CARS IN THE SECOND PART OF THE GARDEN BECAUSE THE TWO NEAR THE FRONT MAY BE FLOODED. Guest access The entire house of about 300 m² as well as the pool is at the disposal of the tenants during their stay. Other things to note We would like to point out that 2 of our rooms are very pleasant in summer because very cool, they have been renovated this year. In the largest bedroom there is a bathroom. For your information, these two rooms are through and are ideal for the same family or close friends When you arrive, you will be greeted by Aurore. She will also be there for your departure. Services: welcome on arrival, cleaning, pool maintenance and lawn mowing. Aurore will welcome you from 16:00 to 19:00. After 7pm there will be an additional charge of EUR incl. 40.00 Sheets , towels and pool towels are provided. Mr. Dellys will also mow the lawns as well as the cleaning of the pool All services other than mentioned above, will be subject to a supplement of €25.00 excluding tax. Discover this house in a green setting and in the heart of the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park. Near Malaucène it is ideally placed for the departures of cyclists who want to embark on the ascent of Ventoux. It's meant to bring you together as a family or a group of friends. During the day you will enjoy the pool. At sunset, you'll go to the waterfall with a good book. In the evening, on the terrace, you will gather on the terrace protected by a century-old rose bush. At the end of the evening, you'll end with a game of pool in our exposed stone room. In July and August, enjoy the festivals in Vaison for dance; Avignon for the theater and Orange for the Chorégies. For cyclists, the house is located at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Don't forget the Provençal markets: I recommend those of Vaison la romaine every Tuesday or that of Nyons every Thursday.
