The house designed by architect Décio Navarro is in a gated community with a private beach and 24-hour security. With 650 meters of floor space, our house is in front of the dam and has 5 suites, large rooms and complete leisure: swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, sauna and hot tub. The condominium also has a tennis court with night lighting, a pier, an access ramp for small boats, and beautiful spaces for walking. The space Designed to bring comfort and leisure, the house is spacious, has high ceilings and large living environments. The house is divided into 4 wings. The first of these, more private, is the bedrooms. There are 5 en-suites equipped with sheets, towels, table fans. One of them has 3 single beds and the other, smaller, with two single beds, has side access with a small flight of stairs. The other three suites have double beds. It is worth noting that the bathrooms have central heating. The second wing is the main one. It has 3-meter-high ceilings and spacious rooms, with a TV room, dining room and American-style kitchen that opens to the outside area, as well as a toilet, pantry and laundry area. The house has services for up to 12 people. The internal outlets are 110v. Cell phones and 4G from all carriers work well, but we also have Wi-Fi and paid channels (Sky). The third wing of the house has an infinity pool, solarium with sun loungers, umbrella and shower. In the covered area, the wood deck has rooms, hammocks and a dining table. The outdoor area has an American kitchen, with a barbecue, pizza oven and a bathroom for use in the wet area. The fourth and last wing has side access through the stone deck, through charming dormant stairs, and in it is the spa, served by a sauna overlooking the dam, shower, bathroom and hot tub. The house undergoes constant maintenance and improvements. The outdoor area has gardens with fruit trees (growing) and a small vegetable garden to enjoy during the stay. The condominium has full security, with 24-hour concierge, cameras and night patrol. Guest access Guests will have access to all the premises of the house, except the owners' suite and the pool's machine room. Both spaces are closed and do not compromise the stay. Other things to note We can share useful contacts such as a supermarket, masseuse, and a housekeeper. No need to turn the heater on or off.
