JR03 is an accommodation located on the top floor of residential house adapted for vacation rental. Containing an individual entrance, 3 living rooms, a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two with air conditioning (one en-suite), and an outdoor area with a dining table and barbecue, this unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are located in Jardim Nova Esperança, a typically residential neighborhood with accessible local commerce and various convenience and leisure options available. The space This is a large, private space with: • TV room with L-shaped sofa, armchair, and 42" Smart TV. • Dining room with table, 6 chairs and space for 2 single beds (assembled when necessary). •Living room with sofa bed. •Bedroom 1 (en-suite with air conditioning): queen size bed + single bed, 32" Smart TV, wardrobe and desk with chair. •Bedroom 2 (with air conditioning): double bed + single bed with extra bed and overhead hanger. •Bedroom 3: double bed + single bed, wardrobe and wall fan. •Bedroom 4: three single beds, overhead rack and wall fan. • Social bathroom in the hallway. • Full kitchen with: refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, blender, Airfryer, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery and common pots, pressure cookers and frying pans; • Outdoor area with: table 6 seats, mobile barbecue, washing machine, tank and clothesline; *The accommodation offers a standard parking space for 1 car in the building's garage (check availability for additional parking space) **We provide: an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Guest access The accommodation comprises the entire upper floor, and has an entrance with an individual gate to the street. One flight of stairs is required. 📲At check-in, the access code and garage control are available, so the guest has the freedom to arrive and leave whenever they want. 🅿️The garage of the building is for shared use, where one car is parked behind the other {🚗•🚙}. A spot for this accommodation and another spot for the ground floor unit is standard. (Check availability for extra vacancy). At the check-in we already assess the needs of the host and the schedules that need to leave in the morning, this way we try to leave the cars parked in the best way at night. Other things to note 🛏️We offer complete bedding with sheets, pillows, pillows and microfiber blankets. 🚿We do not offer bath linen (towels) because we consider it an item of personal use. If guests need or forget to bring some simple items for emergencies, we can provide them for a one-time fee of R$5 each, so the guest can use them during the stay. 🧻🧴We always leave some cleaning and hygiene items such as: detergent, kitchen sponge, toilet paper and hotel-type soap. Guests are responsible for the replacement of these items during their stay. ***Visits to the accommodation may only be allowed during business hours with prior authorization. Unauthorized persons who come to overnight may be considered and charged as guests. **** Social gatherings or events are strictly prohibited in this accommodation. Because there are other Airbnb units in the same building, guests are asked to be civil and quiet so as not to disturb guests in other accommodations. A fine of R$1000/day is stipulated if notified.
