To access the unit you'll head down a well lit staircase to the front door which opens up to a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area. The fully appointed kitchen allows the option to cook your meals at home while chatting with friends or family in the living spaces. With a smart TV, Wifi, DVD's and books there's plenty to entertain yourself if you just want to snuggle up on the couch and have a comfy day in. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a hallway and the kitchen area, providing privacy and space to spread out. With a queen bed and plenty of storage you'll be comfortable - the only question is who gets the bedroom with the spectacular ocean view? The bathroom is compact and functional. The laundry is spacious and provides access to the lovely garden at the back of the property. The unit is fully private with entrance located of the street. Parking is in the garage. Please do not park in Unit 1 entrance. Other things to note Parking is in the single carport at the top side of the property. The property welcomes children; however, is not equipped for infants. The road can be busy at peak times, please be careful when entering and exiting the driveway. There is a set of stairs to access the unit. The unit is underneath another unit and we ask to minimise noise for everyone's enjoyment. In consideration of all guests the property is non-smoking and has a non-pet policy.
