Located in a spacious back yard, this private guest house is quaint and perfectly located for any San Antonio plans you may have. Located one exit from the airport in a family-friendly neighborhood, this area is extremely convenient. This little casita has one full sized bed, a kitchenette, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a lovely walk in shower. The space The studio space has one Full-sized bed, a dresser to neatly store your belongings, and a kitchenette - including a mini fridge and microwave. You will also find plates, cups, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. All sink tap water is filtered and softened, as well as the shower. A wall HVAC unit can be adjusted for your comfort. The spacious walk in shower is newly refinished and all linens are provided. Guest access When you arrive you will have your own private, side gate entrance to the casita. You will have access to the entire closed-in yard, a spacious porch patio and chiminea. In the evenings we have beautiful lights to set a lovely ambiance in the yard and patio for your enjoyment.
