The pool and jacuzzi are heated with solar cells (average summer temperature 30°-32°C). If you plan to work, we have 30 mbps WiFi. THE HOUSE IS TOTALLY PRIVATE, NO AREA IS SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE. IMPORTANT NOTE: The maintenance staff (cleaning, garden care, pool, etc.) lives in a small house that is located on the same property, but totally independent of the house and spaces designated for guests. Other things to note Your reservation includes dishwashing service for breakfast only. If you want additional service, there is an extra cost. INTERNAL HOUSE RULES: 1. Visitors and access to anyone other than a guest are NOT allowed. 2. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. 3. DO NOT bring any glass or food near the pool area. 4. DO NOT use bath towels for the pool area. 5. DO NOT sit wet or with suntan lotion or sunblock in the living room, dining room, or beds. 6. Do not leave glasses, dishes, food or drinks in the garden, bedrooms or other areas of the house other than the kitchen. 7. Separate garbage into organic and inorganic. 8. Keep the house, garden and pool clean. REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY HOUSE SURROUNDED BY NATURE, SO IT IS NORMAL THAT THERE ARE INSECTS (ANTS, FLIES, MOSQUITOES, ETC.), TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN, YOU WILL PREVENT THESE ANIMALS FROM INVADING YOU. PET RULES: 1. Only one pet is allowed per reservation 2. Do not let your pet climb on armchairs, sofas and beds 3. You must collect all your pet's feces 4. In case of damage to the house, furniture, garden or any area of the property caused by your pet, the cost of the repair will be deducted from the deposit you left at the time of booking.
