Nestled on the picturesque coastal town of Mtunzini, this spacious home offers a breathtaking and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With a prime location perched on a gentle hill, this property boasts a spectacular sea view that will leave you awe-inspired. Mtunzini is known for its world class birding, pristine beaches, coastal forest , nature reserve and outdoor activities, making it a fantastic location for holidays. The space The house has an ideal open plan design, it is spacious, well equipped, and encourages a wonderful indoor-outdoor holiday. The entire living area opens onto a spacious stoep with furniture for young and old. Enjoy your meals indoor or al-fresco overlooking the ocean. There is built in braai to make most of our wonderful warm evenings and can be used even if it rains. The house has 2 lounges, one being a TV lounge, DSTV provided. The open plan living area has a large AC. There is a lovely pool. The home is serviced 3 days a week. Uncapped Wi-Fi is provided. An invertor supports most all except the aircons. Please turn off aircons during load-shedding. The kitchen provides a microwave, gas hob and gas oven, a fridge/freezer, dish washer and all cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is secured by electric fencing and gates supported by armed response. The house sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms, all rooms have a sea view, aircon, ceiling fans and all linen and bath towels are provided. Upstairs • Bedroom 1 - 1 King bed extra length and 1 queen bed, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. • Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. • Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. • Bedroom 4 – 2 x ¾ beds, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Downstairs • A gym for your use. A games and library area. There is open parking within the gate for 3 cars and 1 additional parking in the single garage. The double garage is not available. NOTE the driveway is very steep and there are stairs to enter the home. Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights. Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 10 nights. Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirement is 7 nights, these 7 nights may not end later than the 27th or 28th of Dec. Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 7 nights and may not start earlier than the 27th or 28th of Dec. Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 – 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured. Once you have secured your booking by making payment, we will request your email address for us to send you our in-house contract. 3. The full version is available on request prior to booking. 4. We will also send you an Invoice acknowledging your payment to Airbnb. 5. Prior to your arrival we will request the additional funds to cover the additional fees as advertised if any. Please accept this request on receipt and ensure the payment goes off your account as we cannot allow access to any property without all monies paid.
