Its construct is the 14th Century style Catalonian called Tapia throughout in all major walls. The technique is essentially rammed earth which is rammed with mace tools called pisones while all corners are reinforced by stone masonries. Tapia walls show a special resistance against weather attacks as well as controlling ambient temperatures inside the home allowing the home to literally breathe through the walls.
